Solful Kitchen began as Bohemian Vegan in 2017 in India, where Sun created nutritious, plant-based foods to fill a gap in the market. In 2020, after moving to Mexico, the brand evolved into Solful Kitchen, a name that reflects both her own name and philosophy: just as the sun energizes life, our food is crafted to nourish and sustain you.
Now based in Sri Lanka, Solful Kitchen continues its mission to share the transformative power of good food. Our handcrafted, fermented products are made using fresh, local ingredients, with a deep commitment to sustainability—we reuse jars and containers to minimize waste and support a healthier planet.
