wHAT IS shamanic healing?
Every one of us goes on a 'shamanic journey' every night when we go to sleep. When we dream, our soul leaves our body to explore other worlds. This can be considered an 'unconscious' journey into the spirit world. We also leave our bodies when we experience trauma, as our soul tries to protect itself.
In our sessions, we will set an 'intention' for the journey, call on spirit guides, and make sure you are well-protected before entering another realm.
Together we will go on a journey for the purpose of shamanic healing, to communicate with your spirit animal.
wHAT IS AYURVEDA?
Ayurvedic medicine is the world's oldest holistic healing system. It was developed more than 5,000 years ago in India.
The main goal is to prevent disease and get to the root of the problem, with belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
aRE ALL YOUR RECIPES PLANT-BASED?
Yes, the ones on the website are, because I am vegan! However, it depends on what program you are on as to whether I am creating recipes and meal plans for you. If this is not the case and I am only giving nutritional advice, then you wont need to use my recipes. I also can accommodate other diet plans like Keto, Paleo, Gluten-Free, etc.
why do i need to do a food diary?
A food diary is extremely essential in being able to calculate what micro and macronutrients that are low in your diet. It’s also very important for the Gut Health Program in order to see intolerances or other triggers that might be causing you to feel ill or sluggish.
