How to Make Avocado Toast?
There really isn’t much to it. Take your favorite bread and toast it. While the bread is toasting half the avocados, take out the pit, scoop out the flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork, and add seasoning.
Alternatively, you can slice the avocado if you prefer.
Ingredients
4 slices whole-grain bread
1 avocado, halved and pitted
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
1 ½ teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ lemon, juiced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Toppings of choice

Toast bread in a toaster or toaster oven.
Scoop avocado into a bowl. Add parsley or cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder; mash together using a potato masher or fork. Spread avocado mixture onto each piece of toast.
