Ingredients
The best thing about this recipe the ingredients are interchangeable, and versatile. Choose any of the ingredients below, but obviously, the milk and turmeric are your base.
Non-dairy milk: oat milk, cashew milk are the creamiest, but you can also use almond milk.
Turmeric powder
Ginger: dried ginger powder because for convenience. But, you would use fresh ginger if you prefer.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon adds extra warmth and spice that works really well with turmeric.
Vanilla: For depth of flavor and sweetness to balance out the earthiness of the other spices.
Maple Syrup: For sweetness. You could also use agave, date syrup, sugar, or any other vegan sweetener.
Black Pepper: Turmeric contains curcumin and when paired with pepper it can boost its benefits. Its basically needed to help activate the turmeric, which can then help to remove calcification from the pineal gland.

How To Make Vegan Golden Milk
Vegan golden milk is perfect when you’re craving something warm and soothing. It comes together in less than 5 minutes and uses healthy and beneficial ingredients.
To a small saucepan add all of the ingredients you are using. Whisk everything together and warm over medium heat for 5 minutes or until it’s hot to the touch but not boiling.
Remove from heat, taste, and adjust for sweetness and flavor. Depending on your personal taste you may wish to add more turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, or sweetener.
